What could be worth the wait? Music.
Here is my playlist from the reception. I had an ipod “D-J”. He did a good job. He was hooked up to the docking station and media center at the suite (Mandalay Bay Vista Suite) and the sound was fabulous.

Great playlist! You should definitely revive writing on your blog… there are so many Dallas brides in need of advice on planning a wedding! It’s an underserved niche.
Itunes is a wonderful thing!
Great playlist! for my wedding party celebration
Hi,
I’m planning on using itunes for my wedding as well. Will save a fortune on hiring a real DJ
Well, not your usual mellow songs..Frankly, I don’t know some of the songs..well, majority of it..hehe..but I was happy there was “Hey Ya” there..hehehehe..that’s sound cute..hahaha
Great playlist! I will keep on following your blog. keep up doing the good writing.
Hi! Quick question regarding how you played the music… so there is a docking station already hooked up to the big speakers? Do you have any idea whether an iphone would work instead of an ipod? I don’t have any of this new technology but my dad has the iphone 4s and will have all the music on it for the reception, I am hoping all it takes is putting it on the dock and that’s all there is to it!
Hi Melissa. My wedding was almost five years ago…Wow! So I’m not sure what they have in place now but at the time, the dock fit iPhones and regular iPods. I had a nano and used a dock adapter. The iPhone 5 has a different connection but they probably don’t have a dock for that yet so you should be good.
